And Hofstra is officially the best team :)
The only school left with 2 undefeated teams in the conference. Looks like the new practice facility is paying off.

And since they beat Mason, I guess we can assume they would be at the bottom if they were still here?

Charleston/Drexel may be two of the most god-awful, unwatchable games of basketball to ever be played. Should be great!

I stand corrected, Drexel/JMU was horrific. Actually, it may be easier to say any Drexel game will be the most unwatchable, at least on the DU side.

Glad to see Charleston pick up a win!

I believe in this week's bracketology Hofstra is in as a 14 seed.

That was dated January 15 after Northeastern beat Hofstra. Considering Northeastern has the best RPI of the three teams that are 4-1 in CAA games, I think Northeastern should have been in the Bracketology.

Yes--Bleacher Report had NU in this morning.

It is nice to see the old AE teams starting to break through.

RealtimeRPI has conference ranked at 19th, so maybe NU and Hofstra divide up NCAA bid and NIT bid?

In today's bracketology, WM 13 seed against 4 seed VCU in Jacksonville.

Old friend ODU a 9 seed against Indiana in Pittsburgh (ODU trending down).

Both of our former Association mates appear to be doing well. Although the Monarchs dispatched the Rams some weeks back, the Rams currently seem to be playing better ball.

The Tribe had an exciting win over the Huskies! First place? What appeared to be a shift in the balance of power to the north east has shifted south again to the Old Dominion State.

I suspect there are many in Boston and NY who believe it will be short lived.

    Correction. Correction.

Both VCU and ODU, the two former Association mates mentioned by masonhoopsfan just above, appear to be doing well...

The other two that are also recently departed?

F GSU has won 13 out of their 20 contests.

GMU has 6 victories in the "W" column.

An important point of the post was the Tribe's recent victory over NU, the school that currently has the best overall record in the Association.
